Very nice usage of an old building, protected monument Zuiderpershuis which functioned from 1883 until 1977 as a power plant for the haven such as cranes and bridges. There is a bar which I think is only open when there is a concert of performance. The main performance hall looks very authentic still with the brick walls. Definitely would come back here for nice performances and concerts.

A large atelier with paintings and handicrafts. It was interesting. It also has a large cafe. I visited the ateliers on the free visit day, but I think you have to buy a ticket on other days. If you are very interested in drawing and painting, you can go here. Also, there is a part of the studio on the upper floor where you have to climb 30 stairs.
