Avoid the kids park and cafe as they are always extremely crowded and pretty rowdy. Service at the cafe is unfriendly and very slow. The park itself is excellent, there are many well maintained walking routes to explore through the beautiful woods. There are many animals to see including ducks, deer (domestic), goats, and sheep. The animals are extremely well cared for and have beautiful enclosures with lots of enrichment and toys. Honestly some of the best cared-for animals in Belgium, including in big zoos! Please do not feed the animals as I often see people doing it and it is bad for their health to eat human food!

Another recommended place to spent time with your family friends or loved one, to see nature and play. There is big playground for the children and banks for parents to sit for looking out after they children. There is a small rivers with duck and fish. Have to be be careful there. You can bring your dog or any kind of pets that you have to walking here too. But here they have somes animals too such as dier. Also There is restaurant next to playground, so if you not bring your own meals you can just drop by there. If you like to sport, here also the best place. They have walking or running route that you can follow too.
