★★★★★3 months agoIstanbul has many great stores, but it’s also a city that requires a lot of walking. It’s definitely worth visiting while you’re there.

★★★★★2 months agoWe visited the flea market on Sunday, and it was the best treasure hunt. The shops and the free-standing outdoor vendors had the most amazing variety of art, antiques, eclectic pieces, collectibles, brass items, clothing, jewelry, ANYTHING you could think of! I found some perfect treasures and brought them back to the US. And got to pause and chat with a couple of the shop owners. Monastiraki is a vibrant area, full of life, music, food and the local residents truly made us feel at home. I grew up loving antique markets and flea markets, and this outing made my day ❤️
