  I visited the store a couple of weeks ago. Let me say. What a phenomenally magical store it is. I was in Bath on business, so I in fact visited twice. The first time was the evening I arrived in Bath and I was greeted by Saskia. She was so enthusiastic and helpful. Nothing I asked was too much and she made me feel like a customer she'd met and spoken to a thousand times before. Next I met Isabel. What a delight. She gave me her valuable opinions on things that would be appropriate for a newborn and helped me find different sections of the store. I felt like I could ask her absolutely anything and no question was silly. I then had the pleasure of speaking with Romilly. What a beautiful soul. She found out what stock the shop had and when things would be due to be restocked, so I had no fear of going without what I needed. As I left, a little hedgehog caught my eye and I couldn't leave it. So I returned the following day around lunchtime and Saskia recognised me immediately. Even commenting on when my first child is due in September. Making me feel super important and valued by My Small World. Romilly popped over and was equally excited, giving congratulations and well wishes for me, my wife, and our little one. We will be returning to Bath again, just to visit this store. I have a feeling it's going to be our little boy's favourite shop as well. Thank you so much to these three amazing women in My Small World for making it such an incredible experience. See you again soon!

  Quite possibly the most beautiful and magical toy shop ever. We fell in love with the unique rocking zebra. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. There's something here for all children, utterly mesmerising.
