Lovely walk above the train line, twerton tunnel is beautiful very grand but unfortunately you can no longer stand on top and wave at the passing trains. Lots of wildlife to see but be careful there are adders around.

Sign post for woodland walk at the corner of Walwyn Cl. There were a few parking spaces at the bottom of the road and behind the parked cars near the trees was an information board. But as this was surrounded by nettles it was difficult to get close enough to read it. However the walk was pleasant and easy, with lots of wild garlic and a few bluebells. The wooded path then opened out to a meadow. I would have liked to have given it 5 stars, but it was spoilt by the usual suspect.....rubbish!!
