★★★★★a year agoMy visit was free with the Bologna Welcome Card. Worth the visit and easily my favorite museum in Bologna, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The museum collection on display is much bigger than I anticipated and showcases a vast and dynamic variety of historic artifacts and artworks, each created by highly skilled artisans. They also have info cards in English and Italian in every gallery that have wonderfully written didactics. Many thanks to the stewards of this collection for preserving and sharing this history!

★★★★★2 years agoReally wonderful museum, it’s got a very impressive collection of paintings, statues, artifacts, antiques, busts and many other works of art. I really enjoy seeing the old armoury, it’s very cool. The museums contents are very well preserved and displayed, the rooms are filled with lots to see. I really enjoyed my time here and I would certainly like to go back someday. I highly recommend checking out this awesome museum.
