Happened to stay there for a couple of days at Al Nakheel 3 building. Very friendly neighborhood with multicultural locals & International people living in there. Very beautiful neat & calm community with kids' play area & and seiming pool.

As soon as you step outside you’re surrounded by trees, everything is walking distance and a pleasant walk as well. There’s dogs and kids everywhere, super village feel almost! Everyone is friendly and the buildings are in great condition. Recommend!
