Very good tour, ours was a small group so worked well for seeing and hearing. Lisa our tour guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. There was a family with 2 children and Lisa made sure to include them too. She gave an excellent safety briefing and made sure that we were all safe throughout the tour. Would recommend.

Had a great time on the underground vaults tour! Luisa was a fun and entertaining guide, and did a great job leading the tour. She shared the colorful history of the vaults and some en route points of interest, and added the creepy spin the vaults deserve. Very fun!
