★★★★★5 years agoBonaly Country Park is a great option for a nice walk close to Edinburgh. It is also a great spot when it is snowy. It's an easy walk and very enjoyable. You can enjoy a bit of forest, hills with great views, the reservoir is also a great spot to enjoy the sunset. Be also aware that it can be crowed at times.

★★★★★4 years agoAmazing relaxing walk trough the nature few miles far from Edinburgh. Easy to reach by car. Car park available with lot of spaces. Fantastic landscapes. The place is clean and very well maintained. Three wonderful reservoirs surrendered by wild woods. Ideal for a walk with children and dogs. No more than 1 hour to visit the whole park. Very nice experience. I recommend a visit here to enjoy the peace of the nature.
