★★★★★7 months agoA large and eclectic sculpture collection that spans millennia laid out in stunning architecture. The humorous and creative way of juxtaposition August Paul’s bronze animal pieces with the classic works in the permanent collection brought a lot of amusement to me. More than worth the 10 euro ticket. Special thanks go to this one staff member that gave me timely and detailed instructions on using one of the lockers. Don’t forget to check out the café in the yard.

★★★★★a year agoOne of your top choices for art in Frankfurt, with a great garden for a coffee after your visit. We decided to walk to the Liebighaus starting from the old city center and it was worth it: nice houses and historic buildings on our way along the river. We were impressed by the range of the sculpture collection which never became too “chatty”: we never got overwhelmed by the quantity of the sculptures in each section, which added to enjoying our time there/ not being stressed to quickly move on to the next section. The lighting of the sculptures added to the experience, giving a warmth to the artwork. Definitely recommended
