The MSK is a beautiful museum with impressive architecture, bright exhibition spaces, and a calm atmosphere that lets you truly enjoy the art without huge crowds. The collection offers a great mix of Flemish masters and Belgian art, and the layout makes it easy to explore at your own pace, whether you’re an art lover or just casually visiting. The only small downsides were the busy entrance area with only one person at the ticket counter during my visit, and the difficulty of finding parking nearby. Overall, definitely worth a visit.

Delightful fine art museum. Very well curated (very insightful descriptions of the different eras of flemish/Ghent art) with an easy + useful audiobook. Broad selection from ~15c to 20c, some lovely Brueghel genre paintings, Rubens, Bosch. Really enjoyed it. About 2 hours and standard entry is €15 (worth it)
