  From the moment my partner and I walked in, we knew the experience would be amazing. The staff welcomed us warmly and treated us with kindness and respect. The ladies who assisted us during check-in were lovely, and one of the team members kindly helped us take our luggage up to the 50th floor. Hanz was fantastic and took the time to show us the entire room. We’re truly glad we chose to stay here—what a magical place!

  Jumeirah Hotel - Guangzhou I had an exceptional stay at the Jumeirah Hotel in Guangzhou. From the moment I arrived, everything felt seamless and thoughtfully handled. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with spacious, immaculate rooms and stunning views of the city. The attention to detail throughout—from the comfortable bedding to the high-quality amenities—made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. A special thank you to Haans, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with anything I needed did not go unnoticed and made a lasting impression.
