This museum shows wonderful (contemporary) art of different styles and techniques in the main building. The majority of artworks deals with the American War which is very moving but also impressive. The most amazing artist is Le Ba Dang with his very special and diverse artwork. Next door are two more buildings with some temporary exhibition and also permanent woodwork, ceramics and religious art. Furthermore, one can see some sculptures outside but still within the museum's compound. All three buildings are theirselves beautiful peaces of art with some phantastic stained glass windows, lights and tilework. It is well worth to have a look at those details apart from the exhibitions.

A beautiful historic building with interesting architecture and a peaceful atmosphere. The museum has several floors with different artworks, including paintings and sculptures by Vietnamese artists. It’s a nice place to visit if you are interested in art or want to see one of the more beautiful old buildings in the city. The building itself is actually one of the highlights of the visit.
