Excellent exercise for all age groups, you just adapt your speed, good shoes, proper clothes including rain jacket. Water and snack is must for comfortable stay few hours in nature. The roads are well maintained and there is no dirt track, all well prepared for great experience

We really enjoyed the Morning Trail to Victoria Peak. Getting there was super convenient—we just took a cab to the start point. The hike itself offers a good balance; it starts with a solid uphill climb that gives you a good workout, but there are flat sections nearer the top where you can catch your breath and enjoy the views. We spent about 3 hours in total. The highlight was definitely reaching the top and relaxing with an ice cream at the Peak Galleria before making the descent back down the same path. It's a much more active and rewarding alternative to taking the tram!
