★★★★★8 years agoI started from Shatin. The entrance is just the left hand side of Pai Tau village, 1 min from the train station. A stair to go up. The first hill is To Fung Shan. One hour. The climb to the needle hill started. Progress slowly. It took another hour to reach the top. You got the fantastic view there. Then, another hour went down and reached Shing Mun Reservoir. Return to Tuen Wan by Mini-bus no. 82. Be warning there are many steps and the hill is stift. The view worthy the effort.
