An independent charity running this inner city garden; growing and selling plants, vegetables, honey and home-made preserves at reasonable prices. Open Monday to Friday, admission free. Professionally staffed and supports, through Occupational Health, volunteers with learning difficulties. Had the pleasure of volunteering here one Friday as part of my employer’s Corporate Social Responsibility programme - gardening, building closhes, clearing rubbish etc. - so great to see the employees and volunteers in action. A great place to visit and a local charity worthy of support.
