The square can get crowded easily during the day, though when we visited it was cloudy and the crowd thinned out quickly once the rain poured. At night, the square is still lit up and there are still visitors but way fewer than during the day (went around 8-9PM, some shops close at 9-10PM). If you want to enjoy the place without the crowds and don’t mind not having sunlight, visiting at night is recommended. ✨

Senado Square is a must-visit when in Macau. The area is vibrant, full of history, and surrounded by beautiful Portuguese-style architecture. It's a great place to walk around, take photos, and explore nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. The atmosphere is lively, especially in the evening, making it a perfect spot to experience the charm and culture of Macau. Definitely worth adding to your itinerary!
