★★★★★5 months agoThis was the most fun experience we had in Madrid. The whole family enjoyed it. Make sure you have your camera so you can take lots of pictures. This experience will blow your mind. The tour is self guided so you can go at your own pace but plan for about 1 hour. If you are coming on a weekend I suggest booking at ticket (for a specific time) or a flex ticket (arrive at any time) in advance. If coming on a weekday save the cost of the flex ticket and purchase tickets online for an exact time 1-2 hours in advance. On the 2nd floor (about half way through the tour) there are washrooms. Very clean.
