A delightfully well-presented museum on the site of a 400K year old encampment of human ancestors, from right around the discovery of the uses of fire. It’s very clearly presented, and there is a QR code for an app, allowing one to view the placards, etc. in one’s native tongue. Well worth the short trek out to the harbour area.

Very impressed by this museum. It's two floors but not too big, yet all of the interesting and important human archeological findings and moments of evolution are explained in great detail there from the creation of various tools to how we know where they used fire. Would be great if they had English translations too but you have cell signal so you can translate.
