★★★★★3 years agoWell worth the short climb up to this park. You will be rewarded with views of the old town of Nice as well as the beachfront. The new town and the mountains beyond are present in the background. Lots of places to relax on the grass and several benches. There are about a dozen viewpoints including the panaroma right at the top. Take food and water with you if you need them.

★★★★★2 years agoA beautiful park with wonderful views of the surrounding area and plenty of picnic tables and benches to eat at. There are also little offshoot trails that loop around the park that are nice to walk down. The bus stops near the picnic tables but far away from the fort / castle near the top so be prepared to walk if you take transit.
