★★★★★4 months ago10/10/10 for ages 1-1000. NOT what you think it is! Hilarious+incredible lives here. Curation so inspired and clever as to be wholly elevating. The collection combines the most boring and offensive in grotesque great white hunter with the sweetly bizarre and a smidge of dark humor. I don’t care one molecule about hunting or taxidermy, yet was absolutely captivated. Fundamentally you are being ensconced in an experiential vibe, and the brains and taste behind the execution are to be wholly commended and studied. I’m not kidding, this place is bonkers amazing, go right now with your grandpa or a date or a 8 year old. They’ll all be slightly changed in the best way.

★★★★★3 months agoThis may very well be the weirdest museum in Paris and definitely not for everyone, but for me a highlight of my trip. In short, it's a fresh, artful and creative look at hunting and the way humans treat animals. Grand rooms and beautifully crafted hunting weapons, mixed with provocative art-pieces and plain weird creations. A beautiful break from all the Royal Treasures of Paris.
