★★★★★2 months agoQuite a surprise to find this square while walking through Paris, a sweet little park with the massive structure of the Saint-Jacques Tower. The park is beautiful with a walking trail that leads around the structure of the tower. Many plantings and schrubs in bloom for early May and fun to wander through. Worth the 5-10 minutes it takes to walk through.

★★★★★a year agoNot something I expected to see your visit. It’s a little hidden gem in the middle of Paris. The remains of an old church destroyed during the revolution, they cut a deal to keep the tower and use the rest of the church for other buildings. We didn’t climb the top because we didn’t think we could navigate the 300 steps, but it certainly was a beautiful site to see.
