★★★★★3 months agoThis is a great place for watching people, checking out the astronomical clock, getting some good food, good beer, good wine. Just be careful. Everything's very expensive in the middle of the old town square. It's a tourist trap at the end of the day, but it's a fun place to hang out and was only 300-400 m from our Airbnb, so it was very centrally located for my family and I

★★★★★8 months agoOld Town Square in Prague is absolutely magical during Christmas. The entire area feels festive and full of charm, with beautiful lights, decorations, and the iconic Christmas market creating a warm and lively atmosphere. The historic buildings surrounding the square make the experience even more special, especially in the evening when everything is illuminated. I highly recommend trying the hot wine and the hot chocolate—they were both excellent and among the best we had. It’s a perfect place to walk around, enjoy local treats, and fully take in the holiday spirit. Truly a must-see experience during the Christmas season in Prague.
