The elegant Opera du Rhin, hosts a lots of international artists and orchestras. We came to Strasbourg especially for Polifemo and the wonderful voice of Franco Fagioli. The Ochestra, Le Concert d'Astrée, directed by Emmanuelle Häim was a delight.

So, so beautiful! We went to see an Argentine opera (that was apt for slitting your wrists) but the place itself, the decor, the rotating stage, the costumes and sets that are made by local artisans, all of that was wonderful.
