My teenage son really enjoyed our visit this afternoon. It's a little bit expensive but we did rent a bike and helmet for two hours. Also worth noting that you can bring your own bike and food as well. They also had free tap water in a jug, which was really good. The staff were really helpful and friendly and clearly bike riders themselves. They were fluent in English and french as well. Recommended.
