I loved it here. This museum is so varried and interesting! And the building itself, of course, is breathtaking, but it's also a part of the exhibitions. It plays its role in many places, in many ways. When I visited, they had a temporary exhibition about books - which is right up my alley, I loved it. Instead of a regular ticket, you get a paper wristband (like on a music festival), which allows you to come and go as you please for a whole day. I really liked that.

Really interesting museum, but the absolute highlight for me was not the permanent collection, it was the Van Cleef & Arpels exhibition (10.06.2026–27.09.2026). If you’re into high-end jewelry, craftsmanship, and the stories behind iconic pieces, this exhibition is definitely worth visiting! They also offer student discounts.
