The entire facility is extremely well-organized, featuring a clean parking garage, modern restrooms, and convenient lockers to store your bags. Entry was super fast and smooth. The audio guide device supports many languages and does a fantastic job taking you through the fascinating history of chocolate. To top it all off, the shop at the end is massive—it's a chocolate lover's paradise with everything from classic treats to exclusive sweets and souvenirs. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the experience, mostly because of the unlimited tastings. It's a beautiful building and the chocolate fountain tower is impressive. There is a free area which you don't need tickets to, including the fountain, the shop and a nice cafe. The trip from Zurich is easy enough by train and walking but it wasn't cheap (each train ticket cost us almost the same as the admission ticket to the museum!)
