★★★★★3 months agoGreat experience. It was quite warm when we went so we struggled a bit getting around while pushing a stroller. Many of the areas aren't shaded and some construction work ongoing. That said, it was worth our time, keep in mind you'll need a full day to go through all the areas, some good food options are there and plenty of bathrooms and water breaks. Great experience and fun day for the kids and adults. Most importantly animals are provided better living conditions than most zoos I've been to.

★★★★★2 months agoOne of the best zoos I've ever been too. I was able to see most animlas on show even the tiny ones. With the zoo being so big it means that everyone is spread out so you arent climbing over people to see an animal. Id definitely recommend picking up a map because it was super helpful. I think rotaing the big cats is such a great idea! I accidentally bought the wrong day tickets and they were able to sort it out straight away. Considering they have a large section under construction there was so much to see and do! The are they are building looks amazing and i wish i could come back just to see it!
