Amazing dance and traditional puppet experience with the kids. Absolute need to book in advance as tickets are sold out within the hour. Also, this is a Catalan traditional culture so everything shows related is in Catalan, I would never ask for them to speak in Spanish out of respect. However, all their info and printouts are in Catalan, Spanish and English. Amazing live exhibit of traditional giants and dancing “puppets” from village festivals in the Barcelona area. Also, it contains a lovely shop with books for children and about the history of, including English translations. Strictly stick to the timetable.

Such a fun and interesting place! Especially nice for kids, but also for "kids-in-heart" 😊 Great way to familiarise yourself with local traditions, and to get to meet the giants (els gigantes) and co. up and close. They run on voluntary basis, so consider leaving a donation (there's a donation box at the entrance)
