On a hot day in the Gothic quarter, this place is like magic. A beautiful collection that you will be able to explore away from the crowds, for a nominal entry fee. Absolutely merits multiple visits to explore. The collector's cabinet transports to a different time, and there are items to hold the interest of children. (Small warning: avoid the third floor if you have an aversion to dolls or clown figurines. ) Staff are lovely as well. I'll be back for a third time someday.

Visited this very unique museum on a Sunday when the entrance is free but the entrance fee in general is really affordable and you should check it out no matter what day it is. 😊 I was a bit surprised by the lower floor which was very religious, but the other two floors tell a completely different story – there are incredible collections of so many interesting things such as pipes, shell bouquets, dolls, clocks, pictures, and even the sculpture section of the founder himself. Very unique and I'm so glad we stumbled upon it!
