Temple of the Sun (Ritan Park) feels much more like a local park than a tourist attraction, and it ended up being one of our best experiences in Beijing. You see many families spending time together, playing, and doing sports, which creates a really positive and relaxed atmosphere. There are also plenty of free outdoor sports facilities available. With its beautiful trees and walking paths, it’s a great place for a peaceful stroll and offers an authentic glimpse into everyday local life.

Delightful oasis in the city. Worth visiting. People dancing, exercising or just enjoying nature. If sun is out you can enjoy it at the sun worshipping circle, and if it isnt you can call it to appear.
