To be honest between Budapest Opera House and Vienna Opera House, I choose the one in Budapest! Helping staff, although you will find some not pleasant people anywhere, like in Budapest Opera House as well! But who cares, when you are mesmerized by the amazing architecture and good performances. The bar is great, especially with the balcony. The air conditioning is good. I recommend attending the performances here.

Wow! And absolutely magnificent experience. Thanks to Tauck tours we had a short and beautiful private show! If I come back I can assure you I will be buying tickets to the Opera.
