Absolutely awesome and certainly a must-visit in Budapest. The Museum of Ethnography is beautifully designed, with a striking modern structure that perfectly complements its rich and diverse collections. The exhibits are thoughtfully curated, offering fascinating insights into cultures from Hungary and around the world. It’s both educational and engaging, making it a rewarding experience whether you’re a history enthusiast or just exploring the city. Highly recommended. Allow at least two hours to visit all the exhibits.

Highly recommended!!! The building itself is a unique structure I’ve never seen before, built like a skateboard ramp, where you can reach the roof climbing stairs from the outer part of the building. The exhibitions are exceptional, anyone into crafts, textile, ceramics, cultures and heritage it’s a must ! We were there for 3 hours and it wasn’t enough so we returned for a second visit. After 16:30 they offer a discounted ticket so it worked out perfectly for us to catch up on everything we missed. The presentation is outstanding in my opinion, super informative. One of the best museums I’ve visited.
