beautiful and peaceful walk that feels like a hidden escape from the busy city. The path is well maintained, with lovely views along the river, plenty of greenery, and lots of wildlife to spot. Walking through Dean Village was definitely a highlight, and there are so many great photo opportunities along the way. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing stroll, a morning walk, or just a break from the crowds, this is one of the best places to visit in Edinburgh. Highly recommended!

This is a peaceful and beautiful walk and I would definitely recommend taking this route after visiting Dean Village. The path naturally leads you toward Circus Lane, making it a perfect continuation of your stroll. Along the way, you can stop by St Bernard's Well, which adds a nice historic touch to the walk. The route is very lush and green, and even in December when we visited, it still felt vibrant and calming. A great escape from the busier parts of the city and an easy walk to enjoy at a relaxed pace.
