    After the crowds at the Alhambra this Baroque gem was silent and peaceful and empty. The Cotan paintings are worth the visit alone. And the sacristy makes your eyes wobble. The stern outside does not betray the excess of the inside.

    The complex is definitely beautiful. The audio guide was great, with clear information and easy to use. The only drawback is that the religious art (my opinion)tends to be a bit over the top and repetitive. Therefore, after a trip visiting cathedrals in Andalusia, the beauty of La Caruja did not impact me as much as it would be, it I had visited it without any background. In any case, the domes, altarpieces, and ceilings are a masterpiece and it is really worth a visit
