A fascinating walk on Huc Bridge, a 1865 constructed classical red colored wooden bridge takes you to this beautiful historic temple located on the small Jade island in Hoan Kiem lake. The lake itself is located in the heart of Hanoi, in the historic district near Old Quarter. Erected in the mid 19th century, this historical temple offers serene lake views. Inside the temple you will find a mix of shrines and pavilions, with intricate carvings. Don't miss to see taxidermied turtle in the complex.

One of temples by the lakes at Hanoi. Replica of the turtle where the legend of Hoan Kiem Lake name came from. Small temple that can be very crowdedat time. Definitely one of ths attraction around Old Quarters Area. Entrance fee of about 20k VND per pax. Good view of Hoan Kiem Lake.
