My husband and I stayed at this hotel after much deliberation, and we didn't regret it. The spa complex is excellent: the staff is friendly, they pay attention to each person's skin condition and select treatments based on their needs; the massages themselves are gentle, the products are high-quality and smell delicious. I'm happy with both the opening and the treatments.

We had two lovely relaxing massages during our hotel stay - we went for the relaxing massage and the extra head and neck massage which was on a special offer. Highly recommended booking on the first day of your arrival as they kindly offer you an extra 10 minutes. It was a real treat. Elena and Maya are super lovely, friendly and amazing. Elena especially looked after us - when we first arrived she welcomed us so warmly and talked us through the spa options - it's super easy to book via WhatsApp. Before our massages, we got to choose our preferred essential oils. During our stay my wife injured herself in the hotel on her birthday and Elena was an absolute hero - she came running out to help, really going above and beyond, and was so unbelievably kind to offer my wife a birthday treat to cheer her up. I cannot praise enough that this level of hospitality made our stay so special. Thank you so so much.
