What an incredible experience! More than just a chocolate museum and a chocolate factory, it was an amazing learning experience. Came out with an expansive knowledge about the history of chocolate, how chocolate is made and how in recent times, Lindt has also embraced sustainability. It was truly an eye opening experience. A must visit for both adults and children.

Would highly recommend! Great experience, which touches not only on chocolate but the ethical debate surrounding chocolate farming and the history of the development of chocolate up until the modern era. Very hands on experience, full of freebies (lots of free lindt handed out) and fun for the family. Keep a couple of hours aside for this visit and spare some calories. End the visit with a river Rhine side view in the chocolate cafe near the exit for an amazing view, great coffee and food (chocolate in many forms: cakes, waffles, fondue).
