★★★★★3 months agoThis is a lovely escape from the city hustle and bustle, it's a modern ground floor area with an impressive atrium staircase & skylight. The real magic is in the Picton reading room and the Hornby libray room. There were some interesting antiqe books on display. We did go to the roof and had great views. It's worth visiting if you are nearby - - they just don't make libraries like they used to which is a shame.

★★★★★3 months agoWorth the visit! Such a beautiful library with thoughtful displays. I spent a couple of hours exploring and learning about the history across different floors. Great rooftop space with seating available. Clean facilities and accessible toilets.
