St Helens is a beautiful church with a friendly and welcoming congregation. My husband and I have been visiting regularly for the past year or so, and always feel very welcomed. My husband and I got married at this church over the summer and so it will always have such a special place in our hearts! Revd. Ali led such a personal and warm wedding ceremony which we will always remember. The church itself is very family friendly, with a small play area for children at the back which came in handy during our recent wedding ceremony. Thank you to Ali and the congregation for welcoming us with open arms!

Well i spent 4 hours up here making a video. I Have to say this is one of the best church and graveyard i have been to yet. Stunning church inside and out, and the oldest in merseyside, 1170. The inside of the church with its carvings is fantastic. If you ever visit Liverpool for a trip, or a cruise ship visit, for me this is a hidden jem and well worth a visit.. Just a amazing Church.
