Huge park, forest within the city. Neat, well-kept, a variety of sports fields. Lack of playground facilities for small children. Large spaces for cycling, running, family walking. Lots of seating benches and picnic spots. clean and tidy.

The greatest park in Lyon, and a real escape to nature: huge, properly maintained, and clean. You will find there a lot of basket courts, football (soccer) fields, mini_foot, handball , volleyball (but no fillet), rugby/american football, cricket, running trackfield, and many other athletic facilities and ranges for those who seek it. Very enjoyable place with many parkings, you can go alone, with friends or family, do sports or other group activities, picnic, bbq in summer...
