A great experience where you get to know everything there is to know about the history and manufacture of hats. It answered all of the burning questions I had, such as 'What were the links between hats and class in 1900s England?', 'What does the mould of a police hat look like?', and 'What kind of headwear did businessmen in Poland wear throughout the ages?'. I'm glad to finally have answers for these as I've been wondering this a while. There are also lots of hats to try on and take pictures with - It was well worth the subsequent nits. The staff were all lovely and the gift shop was lovely. I bought presents for all of my hat-enthusiast friends and I'm sure they will love them

We had the tour of the museum by a lady called sue who was very knowledgeable and helpful with understanding the process of making the hats. She was so friendly and stayed to chat with us for a while after . So nice to see the family history continuing on. So many varieties of hats to see and try on. Highly recommend the tour
