Il parco consta in 800 ettari con piante peculiari e diverse specie di animali tra cui anche possibilità di vedere pappagalli piccoli anfibi e dei cigni dal nome reiterato nel tempo di Tristano e Isotta in onore di Wagner che compose per Beatrice Branciforte. La villa è costituita da una parte centrale ancora oggi apprezzabile meno le due torri laterali che sono state rimosse nel tempo ed è visitabile su due dei tre piani. Il ticket è di €10 con visita guidata a €15.
