“We found the best dinner here after traveling in many places in Italy. With fresh materials the chef cooked everything to perfection and the taste was so balanced and delicious. I could eat every night here. Also the plate is delicate and pleasant. They definitely deserve the Michelin star. Without drinking any wine, we ordered 4 different plates to share among two of us. Portion is not big but enough for us. Love the veal as the main course, gnocchi with peas and shrimp is so delicious. the squid ink soup is surprisingly tasty and not too heavy. I also love the fish ceviche while my husband thought it could get a little stronger acid. Peach pre-desert is better than the white chocolate mango desert in my opinion as the former is light and fresh not over sweet. All in all it’s highly recommend place to try local food and wine.”

“We had a wonderful dinner at Il Cambusone during our stay in Palermo. The outdoor patio created a relaxed atmosphere with a great ambiance, making it the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely evening. We started with an excellent bottle of Tenute Dello Jato wine, which paired beautifully with our meal. I had the grilled octopus followed by the linguine with clams—both dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My wife ordered the seafood grill, and it was equally delicious with a generous selection of perfectly cooked seafood. The combination of great food, attentive service, and a lovely patio made for a memorable dining experience. We’d happily return the next time we’re in Palermo. Highly recommended!”

“Excellent food and wine. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Palermo. The skilled staff is very friendly and talkative. The prices are super reasonable. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and got an expensive wine, which is reflected in the price we paid. But it really isn’t expensive. A main dish is like €20-25 . If you ever visit Palermo this is a must try.”

“The food, service, and ambiance of Ristorante Quattro mani is unbeatable. Everything my wife and I had was fantastic! The truffle ravioli and citrus crusted swordfish was out of this world. We ended the meal with the classic limone granite. Very attentive staff, too! Highly recommend.”

“My husband and I stumbled upon this little restaurant while walking around Palermo, and we’re so glad we did. The food was delicious with lots of authentic options. We had the salad, grilled octopus, seafood pasta, and sea bass, and every dish was excellent. It was full of locals, the service was great, and we’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an authentic meal.”

“An absolutely exceptional restaurant experience in Palermo! ✨ The restaurant, located on a beautiful rooftop terrace on the 5th floor, offers an incredibly romantic atmosphere with a stunning view over the city and even the mountains in the background. The staff was outstanding: very attentive, warm, and extremely professional. From beginning to end, we felt genuinely welcomed and very well taken care of. As for the food… simply exquisite. The antipasti, starters, and main courses were all absolutely delicious. Honestly, we have never eaten this well in Palermo before. A truly perfect evening in a magical setting. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience. We will definitely come back tomorrow”
