A genuine gourmet focaccia experience. The “super special” was full of lardo goodness. But the “summer” was the favourite. The shrimp tartare and caramelised onion went together sooo well! Great service and great drinks. Highly recommended!

Away from the hustle and bustle around the Leaning Tower of Pisa, about a 20 minute walk from the crowds. If you are looking for a typical Italian snack, this is the place to be. A great selection of homemade panini and more. The fresh beef tartare with fresh egg yolk I can only highly recommend. Absolutely delicious! Small and cosy with a great atmosphere and genuinely attentive, friendly service. They even spontaneously mixed up a non-alcoholic cocktail with fresh mint on the spot at lunchtime! Definitely worth a visit!
