★★★★★a month agoWe had a great time exploring the city around the Douro River. We walked the lower deck of the Dom Luís I bridge and tasted excellent port wine at a small family-owned boutique. In the evening, we climbed to the Serra do Pilar monastery to watch a perfect sunset over the old town and the wine cellars. It was a relaxed and visually rich experience.
