★★★★★2 weeks agomanaged to get tickets two months ago and it was totally worth the stress. the bernini sculptures are so detailed they look real up close. only downside is the strict 2 hour limit which felt a bit rushed at the end so glad we booked this. the ceilings are incredible and bernini is just mindblowing.

★★★★★2 months agoFrom the ourside a beautiful building in a beautiful park, but inside...a magnificent collection to enjoy, not to big to be overwhelmed, just big enough to enjoy...and for me the central piece was Berninis Abduction of Proserpina, with marble sculpted like it is alive, that masterpiece itself is worth coming to Galleria Borghese! Buy tickets in advance, if availible book a guided tour, there is a restaurant with excellent espresso in the building so you can relax before or after the tour.
