★★★★★3 weeks agoThe best building of Rome in my opinion and milestones better than overrated Colosseum. This building has the best architecture I have seen in Rome and it is huge. Entry to entire building and all its sections - Museum, exhibits and panoramic terrace is completely free on first Sunday of the month. But the best part is its top most terrace and the breathtaking views of Rome it offers. Best panoramic views of Rome. I was on terrace for more than an hour. Even though ques for terrace elevator were long. But it was totally worth it. I enjoyed the sunset.

★★★★★2 months agoI visited the Monument to Victor Emmanuel II twice, and both times it was an amazing experience. The scale of the monument is truly impressive, and it feels even more powerful when you see it in person. The architecture is grand, detailed, and very symbolic, representing Italian history and unity in a very striking way. Both visits were memorable in different ways, but each time I found myself stopping just to take in the view and the sheer size of the structure. The terrace also offers a great panoramic view of the city, which makes the visit even more worthwhile. Definitely one of those landmarks that feels just as impressive the second time, highly recommended.
