  Absolutely breathtaking masterpiece — worth every minute of the visit! I just got back from the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel completely blew me away. Walking into that space and looking up at Michelangelo’s ceiling is an experience you’ll never forget. The Creation of Adam, the prophets, the intricate details — it’s all even more stunning in person than in photos. The colors are so vibrant, and the sheer scale of the work is humbling. The whole Vatican Museums walk leading up to it is impressive too (lots of amazing art along the way), but the Chapel is the undeniable highlight. Pro tip: Go early or book a guided tour to avoid the biggest crowds — it gets packed, and you’ll want time to just stand there and take it all in. The atmosphere is quiet and respectful, which makes it even more special. If you’re in Rome, this is a must-do. Combine it with St. Peter’s Basilica right nearby (the views from the dome area are incredible too). One of the most iconic cultural and spiritual sites in the world. Highly recommend! 🙌 Would visit again in a heartbeat.

  First of all - it is really stunning and magnificent. But secondly - be really careful to buy tickets in advance on the official sites. Otherwise you will pay more money to get in. But if you relly wanna go there on specific date and you have the money - than f it, book it😉 It is worth every penny! When you are approaching the bazilika you will have the suddent urge to cover yourself and start praying. It really is that strong experience. But please, please it is still a church - you really should have your shoulders and knees covered - show some respect. I know the weather is usually really hot, but still. Don’t be rude. But if you don’t have a scarf, you can borrow some at the entrance. The security will not let you in looking indecent. If you wanna see the Vatican from top, go to the Dome too. You can book a lift, but you still will have to go up like 300 stairs. Sometimes they are quite narrow. Keep it in mind for older people, young kids and for your mental health. Though the view is stunning🤩 And! Sou can buy postcards at the souvenir and send them, after all you’ re in a different country🙂
