A fantastic site, worth getting up early to avoid the heat. We arrived at 9.30am midweek and there were only a handful of other people at the site, apart from a group of keen joggers who had run up the hill! It’s a zigzagging drive up, but the road is in good condition and there’s a small roundabout and parking at the top, no toilets, but there is a small refreshment hut by the roundabout. The views are spectacular from the ancient town and the ruins, especially the theatre are impressive. It costs 10 euros for an adult.

Very cool to walk around! Such a large city for thousands of years ago. Loved the hike and to see so much of it still there was amazing. An absolute must if you are visiting the Kamari area. The views from the top make it even better!
